This grizzled prospector can be seen in all his neon glory at the Little Nugget Steakhouse on U.S. Highway 150 west of Danville, Illinois.

Did I mention they have two large brick, open-pit grills where you can cook your own steak? Don't forget a nice helping of buttery Texas toast to go with it. :-)
