Flare kiln
This disused intermittent limekiln is typical of those found across north-east Wales. It has two draughting arches and is in poor condition. A most enjoyable day can be had walking in beautiful countryside and discovering these relics.

Is this 'countryside' on someone's farm or is in a reserve/park of some type?

It's just on somebody's land alongside a public footpath. There is a huge network of paths available for walking in the countryside.
