Sometimes you have to look up high to see the interesting architectural detail of a place. This is on High Street in the centre of Cardiff and this building has a modern bar frontage at ground level and a painted first floor facia. The top two storeys reveal the red brick construction with lots of terracotta decoration. So much to see here including the cream decorated panel which very few will ever notice, and also the intertwined numbers of the date of construction in the top circle.
