Goosenecks
As a child I journeyed down the San Juan River near my home on improvised rafts, pretending to be Huck Finn. My adventures were several hundred miles upstream from the impressive canyon system that this river has carved on it's path to join the mighty Colorado River.
This photo was taken by an Asahi Pentax 6 X 7 medium format film camera and Super-Multi-Coated Takumar/6X7 1:4.5/75 lens with a HOYA HMC 82mm O[G]) filter using Kodak 400TX film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
