Gateway to the Fiery Depths

I have entered a corridor leading towards the eternal fires of Hell. When I stop and listen carefully, I think that I can hear the cries of tortured souls far below, or perhaps it is just the wind . . .

This photo was taken by a Kowa/SIX medium format film camera and KOWA 1:3.5/55 lens using Kodak 400TX film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
