Duckpool. I used to spend time at many of the places you show. I didn't posses a camera, or even a camera phone then. Couldn't afford it. Spent 2009 and 10 in Cornwall on the dole.
This is a very fine shot!

Yes Duckpool has a stream running down across the beach to the sea, so you can't quite make it across to the sandy beach without slipping about on these rocks and getting your feet wet. Never saw many ducks there really... just a couple.

This was taken on a winter sunset - pretty cold.
