As it was - and will be again
A photo from my archives, taken on 4 October 2011, showing just a tiny part of the beautiful Dorothy Harvie Gardens at the Calgary Zoo. This is what they usually looked like - BEFORE the Flood of the Century! So sad to think of the loss of a few animals and the upheaval of all the others, but sad, too, to think about the colourful gardens that staff always worked so hard to create.
