The oh-so-necessary splash of colour
Sometimes, I just feel the need to brighten up my photostream a little. This seems to happen in the summer too now, not just during those long, cold winter months. To think, just a few more weeks, and we could be getting our first snowfall .... Photographed these Dahlias at the Trochu Arboretum, NE of the city, on 15 July 2012, on our way home from botanizing Dry Island Buffalo Jump Provincial Park in pouring rain.
