What's going on down there?

What's going on down there?
Not a very crisp photo, but it is different from most of my Chickadee photos, so wanted to include it. Had quite a bit of fun yesterday afternoon, down in a local park. Lots of Red-breasted Nuthatches, too, plus a rare to uncommon Black-backed Woodpecker.
