Beautiful park, lovely autumn colors. I wonder what is enclosed by the fence.

Thank you very much, Eva. Lots of people were continuously walking in the fenced-off area and parts of it were very untidy and very overgrown. I think they may have put fencing up to stop people walking here and hoping the area would recover.
