Thanks so much, Karen. There is a set of G'MIC filters that can be added as a Plug-in to GIMP Photo Software. Within these filters there is an 'Arrays & tiles' section of filters. One of the filters here is the Array (faded) filter. After applying this filter I played around with the Liquify filter in Photoshop Elements. Hope this make some sort of sense, Karen :-)
