"Mystery Train"
Explored! ~ Thank you very much :-)))
I thought this was a bit of a 'mystery train' cos it didn't appear to have a name. But, I guess 'D80104' is its name :-)
But, sticking with my original thought means I can link this shot to "Mystery Train" by the Band with Paul Butterfield.....methinks :-)
Duet vocal with Levon Helm.

Im März haben wir ein Ipernity Treffen im Harz und fahren mit einem Traditionszug auf den Brocken (1142m).
Da habe ich auch schon einen Song in Gedanken :-)!
Viele Grüße, Uwe
One more point, Larry solved part of the mystery, another point being that far from all Steam Loco's had names.
80104 is a loco which spent almost 19 years in a scrapyard at Barry in south Wales, before being rescued for restoration. Having a 'D' in front of the number usually signifies that it is a diesel loco, so maybe it now has a different power unit ;-)
I went on a "Mystery" train once. They had an actual mystery for you to solve while you rode the train. They served us dinner and also stopped at a local winery for some wine tasting. It was pretty cool.
