Rainbow?
I saw this strange pastel coloured rainbow recently in the (blue) sky and wondered what it was. It reminded me of the icebow I saw in the Arctic.

I can't remember having ever seen such a halo. Small ones, yes, but never a whole bow. I am not sure - but it may be even double (which I only see on the photo now - the bow was less visible in the sky, I had to enhance the contrast).
