Baby Photo #2 "Ruth"

In coming across these photos, I was reminded of how comparatively few baby pictures there are of non-white children. I thought this sweet baby should be rescued.
I don't know the ethnicity of this little one. Perhaps the pillow might be a clue to someone who could help us.
