This one is going into the Vintage Enormous Bows Group for sure.
Found in a small antique shop in Niles, CA.
Still trying to decode the writing on the back.
I think the first name is Petras - which is Lithuanian - followed by two other names. There is more writing but very difficult to figure out.
Possibly this is a passport photo?

I wondered if this could have been used as a passport photo. I wish I could make out the writing on the back, but it does seem to have a birthdate.
Funny now, but my family were all allowed to use photo booth shots for our passports in 1964. Definitely wouldn't fly now. : )
