Just realized that this is a copy of one I have already posted sorry. It does have more writing on the back, though.

In the foreground a sunken dredger with an overturned crane on top.
In the distance just opposite the end of the Mole the Brussels (Capt. Fryats ship) funnels and mast can be seen above the water
