Spring River
This might be Otter Creek or perhaps a flooded Lemon Fair River - both close to Middlebury, Vermont but there are no identifiers on the photo. The photograph has a similar backing to the down town Middlebury scene.
It looks like a painting to me.
Is that the same dog as the one in the previous photo?
If so, I guess, agapanthus or not, it must be Vermont.
