Stubbins, Lancashire, England. #3
Postcards from the personal collection of my husband's grandparents. They had emigrated from Barrow-in-Furness where his grandfather Harry King was born. (Agnes originally came from Greenock Scotland.)
There are quite a few postcards from the north of England or Scotland that they either brought with them or relatives sent over to them.
This one looks like it was taken in the early 1920s.
The only newspaper headline I can make out says:
" Football's Most Amazing Year
Wolves Trainer Tells All"
