Woerden 2017 – Memorial windows

To commemorate the meeting in 1610 between the city and the States of Utrecht. They tried for three days to resolve their conflict, but they failed. The meeting was attended by Prince Maurits of Orange, the States General, the Council of State and the ambassadors of France and England. All those who attended donated money to make these windows. They were restored in 1903.
