Oranienbaum-Wörlitz 2015 – Schloss Wörlitz
Schloss Wörlitz was built between 1769 and 1773 for Leopold III, Duke of Anhalt-Dessau. It is one of the earliest neoclassical buildings in Germany. It has several modern features such as a water taps (supplied by a reservoir on the roof) and a small lift to transport goods up and down. The kitchen is in a seperate building, which is connected by an underground walkway. The interior is mostly intact.
