Gift-wrapped
In The Netherlands you can have stuff you buy gift-wrapped in the store without an extra charge. Imagine my surprise when I went to the USA and that you had to pay to have things gift-wrapped. To be fair, the gift wrapping in the USA was far more elaborate.
