Entrances to the former Tripe Market

The entrance on the Breestraat (Broad Street) is slightly below the present street level. The Tripe Market closed in 1853 and was demolished in 1855. There is a picture of 1959 with the gate open. A small alleyway is behind it. The gate dates from 1607.
