Badly damaged wood of the Corn Exchange Bridge in Leiden
Corn in the British sense of the word, ie wheat. The bridge dates from the Middle Ages. The wooden construction on top of the bridge is from 1825. That wooden construction is badly damaged. It is being restored now.
