Lokhorst Church – exterior
I went to the Lokhorst Church to attend a small concert.
The Lokhorst Church is a church from the 17th century built on the lands of the family Van Lockhorst. It was used by the anabaptists, who had to keep their church hidden from the street until 1795. The interior is much more impressive then the exterior.
There are concerts in this church every Wednesday until June 27, from 12.30pm until 1pm. Free entrance. For more info see here: www.doreleiden.nl/concerten/inloopconcerten.asp
Normally these concerts are held in the Academy Building, but that is being renovated.
