Welsh Church of Los Angeles

Worshipers at the very last service of the Welsh Church of Los Angeles. The congregation, founded in 1888, is dissolving because of dwindling numbers. The sanctuary, which they purchased from a Jewish congregation in 1926, is being sold back to the same Jewish congregation. Members of the Sinai congregation were present for this service. The women in front of me (in the photo) were in full Welsh costume for the occasion.
