Swap Postcard 1
We're in the International Postcard Swap for Families 2011, organized by Zoe Toft of the blog "Playing By the Book":
www.playingbythebook.net/2011-international-postcard-swap...
We made our postcards from recycled boxes (like cereal boxes, cookie boxes, cracker boxes); all the images are historical photos of women and children, and all are from Flickr Commons. The painted backgrounds are by me, the sharpie marker parts are by both me and my daughter. There's also some rubber stamping and inking. Sealed with Mod Podge.
This image of a woman and child is from the Australian National Maritime Museum uploads to Flickr Commons.
