Thanks, but again - there is no "effect". The Park yesterday morning was blanketed in fog with visibility of less than 50 yards, and even a smartphone picture taken from this angle would have looked very similar.

The thing is that I can't win. If I improve a picture during RAW processing, you dismiss both the effect and the picture as unnatural or "dingy", but when I uploaded a picture 'as was', even if you like it, you insinuate that any merit it has is due to an effect.
