Thank you, HappySnapper. It was one of the few days we had with liveable temperatures and I took advantage of it to go for a bike ride in the countryside.
Hope you are having a good week!

nice Point of view, but the contrast between dark front and bright sky could be softened by post processing

Thank you very much for your feedback, Farb. I appreciate it a lot, especially from someone that clearly either has a flare for light or has put a lot of study into it, or both. I always look to your use of light to try and learn something! :)
I have not invested much time into post processing and generally use only minor adjustments within the limited capabilities of my mac's Preview application. But I do need to get better at it. I am currently experimenting a bit with GIMP, but if you have a suggestion for another program that would be suitable to learn at least some basic processing I would greatly appreciate that. In any case, thank you very much for taking the time to comment on how I could do better. Hope you are having a good week.

dear Annalia, there are so many powerful Tools for post processing.
GIMP is a free tool, but not so easy to learn. i've tried several and finally got satisfied with ACDSEE. It was easy to understand for me and i do processing at most of my pics (as you can see on the names of them).
If you are on a mac, you could use www.acdsee.com/en/products/photo-studio-mac and actually they have a sale with low Prices. The sale will end with August (i guess) because usually in September they will bring out a new Version with even more capabilities. But when you are a beginner, the actual Version would be good enough by far.
If you wanna try it, you can download a free Trial Version for 30 days

Healthy food ! Are they edible Annalia ?
Annalia S. club has replied to Léopold club
I don't know for sure, but I think most wild garlics and wild onions are edible. When I was a kid, I would pick a fresh stalk or two along the way on my walk to school, peel off the outer layers of the bulb and munch on it ... I wonder if that played a role on the fact that my social life in elementary school was not very exciting :D
Wild carrot is also edible, but you have to be very good at telling it apart from a similar plant that is poisonous.
