Genetically Engineered Kayak -- they grow legs now ... HFF !!
This is in the parking lot at the Monocacy Aqueduct, at the confluence of Monocacy River and Potomac River in the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Park ... a linear park 184 miles (296km) long running alongside the Potomac River, and the whole length of the old mule towpath is preserved as an exceptional hiker/biker trail.
(When this shot was taken, both the Monocacy and Potomac Rivers had just fallen from flood stage, and I think only intrepid or clueless kayakers would have been boating that day.)
