HFF ...

But certainly this was an unhappy fence. Recently renovated, iconic and locally famous Helen's Restaurant burned down in the middle of the night. Local citizens were devastated and vowed to help owners rebuild. This restaurant was featured on US television "Food Channel" for its blueberry pie.

What a bummer of a story, but the picture is interesting to look at...it reminds me of our burned shop a few years ago when a wildfire ate it and half of our hillside. I refused to take pictures of the shop, no matter how many amazing subjects there were all over the place. It was much too miserable an event to take recreational pictures of. Hopefully these folks were covered by insurance!!
