Happy Campers!
Today is my granddaughter, Sophie's birthday and the first time in all her 12 years that I will not be able to see her on this special day, due to the present restrictions. This photo was taken by my son-in-law during the first lockdown but I love it so hope that's not a problem. They were camping in their garden :-))

Rosa, I SO hope Sophie had a GREAT day yesterday, she is growing up so so fast, JUST like my 3 grand daughters, and one MARRIED already :))) wow.... enjoy her, and again, tell her a belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY from a lady over in the U S A :)) hope you all are staying well. the virus is picking up here, and friends of ours right now have the Covid..:((( my oldest brother in Dallas, Texas also has it, got it in the hospital when having back surgery :((((

This is a very nice picture and a great way for the younger ones to learn about camping safely. I am sure Sophie will have enjoyed it too. May I also wish Sophie a Happy Birthday!
Even though you can't be together, there is still video conferences, and telephones... So you can still share the day!!

Hi Sarah, yes Sophie had a lovely time on her birthday, thank you. She has made 3 lovely friends at senior school. They are just like her, loving animals and eager to learn. Let's hope they keep it up :-)) I am so sorry to hear that your friends and brother are suffering from C-19. It's a terrible virus. Even more important than wearing a mask is washing your hands regularly, especially when supermarket shopping. I always carry gel with me even though the shops are very good and all offer it on entrance and exit. Do take care Sarah. Best wishes, Rosa.
