Hi Nick

I think I understand... It was New Year, and you wanted a photo of Spinnaker tower... You set the camera on a long exposure time, You had a few beers, You fell over and knocked the tripod over too!! Do I win a prize for guessing right?

Hi Peter well sort of, I wanted to capture some midnight fireworks hand held no tripod, I hit the shutter button as I was swinging into position and the exposure was too long for such movement :~) Turned out to be the most interesting shot of the evening (which doesn't say much for the others!!! ~ All the best ~ Nick
