My dear Peter,

It is one of my favorite pictures from the Watercress railway trip!
The lovely lady controller oversees the departure,and soon the ""similar" gentleman will appear!
So I must say they are two wonderful pictures in this wonderful atmosphere!!

You are right, there was a lady controller, and gentleman controller. I am sure they both knew each other very well, as they shared some burgers, sausages, and lots of chips for their lunch.
