Superb, Peter!
But I have a (minor) problem here.
I like doves but dislike pigeons. In Spain they are both called palomas and equally revered.
When I see legions of little old woman with basketloads of breadcrumbs feeding the flying rats (pigeons) because they are the 'doves of peace', it makes my blood boil!!

Haha, good one! At first sight I didn't even realize one was alive;-)
I agree with Andy, pigeons are a pest in towns. You even come across them in Underground stations, rats on the rails and the pigeons under the ceiling...Of course it's partly our fault for leaving so much food around.
