I tend to agree with Steve, here if we had a house number 24602 it signifies that there are12301 houses on each side of the street and that would be highly unlikely here in the UK. So how is the house address made up over there?
I mean "1600 Pennsylvania Ave" With houses that size the avenue would stretch halfway across the Atlantic ocean!
Great mail box Sarah and I like the idea of the Fall greeting as well.

thank you both. first , thank you both for your visits here on the mailboxes !!! I started to call our Local Post Office to find out WHY these box numbers are so high.?? I certainly do NOT know how many residences or boxes there are out in the county ( a large number for sure) but this number seems high to me also....I know where this residence is, and I know there is NOT THAT MANY homes before the mail carrier gets to this location, I was raised JUST UP THE ROAD from the residence here. if I find out about this I will certainly let you know....
