Hello Peter thank you. I certainly noticed that I could spot a few fences from this angle while strolling around the gardens :))

The miniature railway runs through a small wooded area within the gardens but I did not see the train running on this visit though I believe the dinosaur part of it was open so perhaps between train times when the shot was taken ?.
