This sierra is tiny and you can traverse it in 2-3 hours! But there are many walks possible and all are interesting. It is only 50 km from Madrid and I find it surprising that I never see other walkers there. I think it's because the Spanish like to go to a restaurant at lunchtimes and despise packed lunches, and there are no restaurants on this ridge!
