This Roman road is amazing - it looks as if there's a milestone to the right of the picture. How many miles does this road go? Where does it start from?

It's a complete mystery, Jenny. It runs only for about 10 miles and starts in the middle of nowhere and ends the same!!! I don't know what the road was for. Some people say it provided access to old mining areas.

Beautiful section of this impressive historical legacy that survives after millennia however the current asphalt needs continuous reconditioning works . An old Spanish saying says that all roads lead to Rome and I think that saying is international. Greetings, Anton.
