Parrain d’Urban Arvor, Raf Urban a réalisé l’affiche de l’exposition. Il a aussi fait une œuvre en direct lors de l’inauguration de l’exposition. Artiste autodidacte, il a grandi en banlieue sud de Paris dans les années 1980. Influencé par la culture urbaine et l’ambiance de la rue, il découvre le mouvement graffiti et hip-hop qui se développe dans les quartiers de la capitale, où il passe beaucoup de temps. WEN2 est un artiste brestois né en 1976. Inspiré par la culture hiphop, il évolue dès son plus jeune âge sur les murs de Brest au sein de divers crews et collectifs locaux. Formé aux arts appliqués, il exerce en parallèle de son art une activité professionnelle liée à l’urbanisme et l’architecture. Wen2 possède une aisance évidente pour dessiner la ville, ses textures, son squelette, ses agrégats et allie savoir-faire technique et intelligence esthétique. Conscient de notre monde en mutation et collapsologue à ses heures, son inspiration lui vient directement de son environnement. Wen2 dénonce avec finesse et sensibilité l’industrialisation excessive et la consommation de masse (les déchets, le nucléaire, la désaffectation de la civilisation, les villes bétonnées, les écocides, etc.) en donnant une seconde vie aux éléments qui la composent (containers, trains rouillés, sites abandonnés…). Partagé entre sa famille et sa tribu, son atelier et les murs, il rend compte de sa réalité avec poésie.
