Barbosella australis
Barbosella australis is a tiny orchid species from Brazil, and this is that species if I have it correctly identified. I received it as Barbosella cogniauxiana but it definitely is not that, and this is the best I can do by way of an id. The leaves are small and form a kind of creeping mat and the flowers are about 2 cm in size. The silvery effect is caused by the little hairs or glands which cover the inside of the flower. It belongs to the group of orchids known as Pleurothallids.
