WHO? I DON'T KNOW.
WHY? THE FLAG. WHAT DOES IT MEAN...1/3 US, 1/3 MEXICO, 1/3 UNKNOWN! FOUND ONLY ONE US FLAG IN GREEN/WHITE/BLUE AND IT ALLEGEDLY SYMBOLIZES MILITARY. HUH?????

The solution would be to simply ask, but I suspect they wouldn't know, either. There are many flags and banners and they even used to sell Confederate flags. So, something for everyone, even racists.
