Thanks so much, Eddie! This idea has spread to many parts of the country in just a few years. I want one!

I really want one of these - I have so many books, even for children. Maybe my son will build one...

That's a great idea. I've seen them in old telephone boxes over here and in railway stations and cafés.

Great light and shadows in this shot too.

I saw a photo of a red phone box one - best kind in the world! Thanks, Keith.

A lot of supermarkets in the UK have a spot for second hand books, bought with a what-you-can-afford donation to a charity. I love them, but they easily get a bit chaotic. I always have to tidy them up and get them organised. Books by or about American presidents seem to go round and round. I contributed Fire and Fury to one recently. It reappeared once and has gone again. I contribute some books, get givers regret, and buy them back again. It’s all good.

Oh, that sounds like fun and I am a shelf-straightener, too. Best job I ever had was in an independent bookstore. Two wonderful years. (sighhh) I can't quite imagine the interest in books by/about American presidents over there. The ones published about the current horror will be merciless, scathing, ferocious, as they should be.

"Giver's regret!" That's great.

I see this in Spain (amazingly, as no-one trusts anybody else here!)
