A thought going out to those who lost everything in the hurricanes in Texas, Florida and the Caribbean.

Hello and thank you, Peggy! Those power lines are terrifying! Every time there is a natural disaster, I'm reminded of how ill-equiped I am to cope on my own for 10 days or more. :-(

Super vision and artwork., Dear Diane!
Such a trenchant and significant tribute.!

Here in Italy , there are no Hurricanes yet, but thanks to our politicians ' carefulness about the changing of the climate and the wild overbuilding (done in 1960s-70s),the people have been experiencing landslides, floods.. more and more frequent earthquakes...we were not used to before.
La natura si ribella..
Good luck to mankind and get going:-)

Sorry if I have been too loghorroic and ..pessimistic!
Un abbraccio.Bea

It is not pessimistic! Some scientists are saying it is already too late to "fix it." Well, we are obviously in the middle of natural crisis, so when it is a fact, then that is realistic, not pessimistic. Thank you again for the insightful words from Italy, Bea.
