Omar Mateen had called 911 before his rampage to declare alleigance to ISIS. His father said his son had been "angry about seeing two men kiss" a few months ago. The NY Times released an article this morning showing that we're roughly 900 times more like to die of gun violence than someone in Germany.

It is an abominable act.
Whatever the reason and the motivation behind it,
whether religious or political ... whatever.
The tolerance and the acceptance of dissenting
and otherwise acting fellows appears on this planet
to be still relatively underdeveloped.
Each person is a unique individual and must have the right,
to be different than the others.
Away from the gray mass unit and into a colorful diversity.
This is the true life that is worth living.
Maybe I'm just a naive dreamer, a simpleton.
At least, the hope remains that the message of more
Tolerance and acceptance arrives.
