Me gusta mucho la geología y las rocas. Soy una enamorada del flysch de la costa vasca y hoy, casualmente, me encontraba en Armintza donde se ven unos estratos espectaculares. Para el día de la Fotografía me hubiera gustado hacer otro tipo de foto pero esto es lo que he podido hacer y es de mi gusto, por eso la presento aquí.

Both really lovely photos. Each has their own charm. The water being such different colors in the two gives each their own feel. And what a great place to "by chance" spend the day!

I love rock formations, but have never spent any time really learning about them (my brother is a geomorphologist - so I was exposed to plenty of rocks growing up). They can have such power and beauty which you've shown here.

But now I'm curious, what type of photo would you have wanted to photograph for the event?
