I love strawberries in all variations, so here's a triptych - strawberry with sugar, strawberry with cream and last but not least self made strawberry jam on a fresh bread and a bit of butter... yummy!!! Now I wish it would be strawberry season!!!

What a pretty triptych, Dida and a nice surprise to see Shuggie Otis again. I still have my original album with this song on it from when I was 13 years old. It's good to see he's still going strong.

(I always planned to use this song one day in Sight and Sound, but never remembered when I had strawberries on hand. ;)

Ich bin eh kein Marmeladinger und Erdbeere finde ich etwas arg süss- mit Rhabarber schmeckt sie bessser;-) Aber zum Glück sind Geschmäcker verschieden!

...ich nehm immer den 2:1 Zucker, da wird's nicht ganz so süß - aber mit Rhabarber, mag ich auch total gerne, darf ich aber meinen Männern nicht präsentieren! Ich könnte noch Zwetschgenmus/marmelade anbieten - ißt außer mir keiner, aber meine Schwägerin bringt mir immer eimerweiße Zwetschgen!

Zwetschge ist gut, mit Zimt drin:-) Wenn ich (selten) Marmelade koche, nehme ich auch immer 2:1 Gelierzucker.
