HFF ~ Helter skelter

A rather unusual view down this staircase seen in the most interesting ‘Bar Convent’ in the old city of York. To me this also reminded me of the old fairground rides.

In that, you echo my own thoughts too. I keep wondering about stopping the bench and wall groups at least but I think if I simply post other subjects I will have few visitors as they are too busy going to those day topic groups. I guess I am lucky that I go past so many benches and well, everyone goes past one wall or another. Maybe a slowdown of my input is in order now.

Good to see you again Peter. A wonderful secret place here with real history. It also has a fine little café selling home made soups etc. Well worth a visit if you are ever in York and as its not far from the Railway museum can be done at the same time.
