Natures fishing net!

Looking like a fish has got caught in this net but in reality it is only an old leaf or maybe an insect caught in a spiders web. It has been raining and so there are lots of droplets around that shine like silver.

What a great find Herb............and beautifully captured. It's lovely to see such fantastic detail in the web and all the different shaped water droplets, nearly all with refractions in them. Not sure what the insect might be, but it definitely isn't going anywhere!

Hi Keith. Rather glad that you have enjoyed this so much, as I know it is exactly something that you would capture yourself - I think with better results. its just one of those rare occasions when you spot something quite different whilst having the camera to hand.
