Memories of Tuscany: Marina di Bibbona

Just about 10km south from our accommodation at Cecina is this small but pleasant seaside resort of Mariana di Bibbona. Like lots of the beaches around here, many places are reserved for those that are willing to pay. I – well, I wander around with my camera looking for scenes like this, and I very seldom sit down to sun-bathe. Hope you enjoyed this free view as much as I did. Especially in full screen
Ps - We will visit the hillside village of Bibbona later.

I like your composition..............and the symmetry. The colours work well together and you've captured the whole scene in great depth and detail. A cracker of a shot!
I'm with you on the subject of sunbathing..........I can't think of a more boring way to spend a holiday. A couple I know went to Turkey a couple of years ago and spent 2 weeks there without ever leaving the resort grounds............and then did the same thing in Cuba a year later. What a waste of time and money..!!

I know people who experienced a far off country just like Keith mentions.
Cheers, Rosa.

Then I saw the date of your shot, Herb.
These people were obviously slightly ahead of the game (by a factor of nine years!)
A very different and interesting picture, which I really like
Fantastic colours and wonderful composition as always.
My idea was the same as Andy's "Keep two metres apart!"
Best Wishes, a nice weekend, and stay safe!!
