The view of the "dead" lawn is perhaps not so great, but the view of the sea must be phenomenal.

The guy on the second highest floor even has a kitchen on the balcony! :-)

Sea , that is the Swan River a few more miles to the sea. Yes the WA BBQ for those warm summer nights as you enjoy the view.
